Chinese handset maker Xiaomi Mi 10i is expected to be unveiled as the rebranded Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G in the country soon, the media has reported. The Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G was originally unveiled in China last month. According to fresh listings on Google Play Console, the Redmi 9 Power is likely to be launched soon.
The listing was posted on Twitter by tipster Mukul Sharma which suggested that Xiaomi Mi 10i is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chip which is the same processor that we have seen in the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G.
The upcoming Xiaomi Mi 10i may arrive with a 6.67-inch display and is expected to run on Android 10 based MIUI 12. The phone may also have a display with 120Hz refresh rate. According to the tipster’s tweet, it may arrive with 6GB of RAM.
In terms of camera specs, the Xiaomi Mi 10i may have a quad rear camera setup, comprising of a 108-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.
For selfies, the device could feature a 16-megapixel camera within the centrally-placed punch-hole. The smartphone could be backed by a 4,820mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
